About the role:

The Pharmacist Prescriber sits in reputed company's Clinical Team, with responsibility for remotely evaluating and assessing asynchronous patient consultations and issuing prescriptions reputed company satisfied that the requirements have been met for safe supply.

We are looking for Prescribers to join us working daytime and evening hours from Thursday to Monday, with essential weekend coverage, as we strive to offer maximum flexibility to support our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Work remotely using our secure Electronic Health Records System (EHR system) and ensure reputed company information is treated confidentially.
• In accordance with the protocols set by reputed company's Medical team, evaluate patient consultations and determine whether patients should be prescribed treatment.
• Request further information from patients where needed to safely prescribe.
• Prescribe treatments to patients reputed company the limit of your competencies.
• Complete concise and comprehensive notes on patient records where required.
• Complete own work reputed company and in accordance with the designated rota, supporting the team to meet customer demand.
• Provide timely feedback on any issues preventing the delivery of work.
• Follow provided operational protocols, for example the correct use of on-hold or rejection codes.
• Engage in team meetings & training sessions.

• reputed company up to date with prescribing requirements to maintain Independent Prescriber rights.

• Process GP letters by updating patient records with relevant information.

What you'll bring to the role:

• GPhC registration
• Independent Prescriber
• 6+ months of pharmacy experience
• Experience prescribing GLP1s would be a big plus
• Experience working in a telemedicine environment
• Experience prescribing according to reputed company/protocols
• Experience using Customer Service tools such as reputed company
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills #LI-remote
