Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join reputed company as a Manager Station Operations at London City. The station provides reputed company customers with direct access to the thriving reputed company hub of the City of London.

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 dependent on experience.

What you will be doing:

• Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment • Educating your team on reputed company processes and procedures, targets and goals • Making sure reputed company activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements • Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and reputed company budget • Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget • Leading reputed company optimisation and improvement of business processes • Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting
