About the role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mac Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for macOS systems, reputed company hardware, and reputed company software applications. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations for our Mac users across 10x Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full Tier support for macOS desktops, laptops, and reputed company peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Mac systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain macOS, applications, and system updates.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles using tools like reputed company, reputed company Entra, reputed company 365 or similar.
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including device setup, shipping and recovery.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
- Maintain inventory of reputed company hardware and software licenses.
- Ensure compliance with IT reputed company policies and best practices.
Requirements
Ideally you will have...
- Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role with a focus on macOS.
- Strong knowledge of macOS, reputed company hardware, and common Mac applications (e.g., reputed company 365, reputed company Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with MDM tools such as reputed company Pro, Intune.
- Previous experience with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Physical ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
Desirable skills...

- Experience administrating reputed company 365 platforms (e.g., Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint and Power Apps)
- Experience in a mixed OS environment (macOS and Windows).
- Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python) for automation tasks
