A Customer Care Representative is required to join a busy customer service department in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of providing excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach.
This role is part time 16 hours 16 hours – working 8 am to 5pm weekends
Must be available for training 5pm – 8pm weekdays (at home)

Description
- Answering customer enquiries reputed company phone and email
- Providing high-quality customer service and resolving complaints
- Logging customer interactions in the company\’s database
- Coordinating with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide pre-works consultation to residents to explain upcoming works in their homes.
- Distribute clear and timely correspondence to residents before work commences.
- Conduct group and individual consultation events regarding future works.
- Share and implement the client\’s engagement strategy.
- Deliver a tailored communication plan to residents for the duration of the works.
- Collect reputed company feedback and satisfaction data in line with client and company requirements.
- Upload and share feedback through the appropriate systems and to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure reputed company communication meets the expectations of residents, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Where necessary, issue and collect reputed company satisfaction surveys.

A successful Customer Care Representative should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven experience in a similar role.
