Role Purpose
To support the reputed company and Operations divisions through defined administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Enter risk and policy data in to the reputed company system(s) reputed company the defined Service Level Agreements. Ensure reputed company risk and policy queries are communicated through the appropriate channels and responded to in a timely manner. Ensure reputed company tasks are completed for month-end reputed company on an accurate and timely basis. Attend hybrid team meetings. File reputed company documentation in to the document management storage folders as required per Class of Business. Ensure that reputed company files are complete and accurate. Obtain any outstanding items from the reputed company team. Assist with the training of new team members as required. Undertake other appropriate reputed company tasks as requested by the management team. Report any suspicion of financial crime to the reputed company Reporting Officer immediately. Experience
