We are reputed company for an reputed company Compliance and Care Coordinator to join our office team in Tidworth, Wiltshire.

Hours of work - 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Location - Tidworth, Wiltshire.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be offered the following:

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Care Coordinator:

• Primary role is to Roster and Template care calls using an electronic system

• Direct Management of the care team monitoring staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training to assist them in delivering a high-quality service

• Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users’ needs and aspirations

• Ensuring care assessments, care and risk planning meets best practice and customers aspirations

• Work with Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient reputed company and future staffing levels

• To provide care services to service users in an emergency, arrange emergency cover reputed company required and cover reputed company/ any calls reasonable where required

• To ensure that the telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner

• To work alongside the Registered Manager ensuring that reputed company quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptly

• Participate in the paid on-call rota

• Put in reputed company measure to reputed company with CQC regulations and work to reputed company the reputed company standards possible

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join us who are:

• Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)

• Experience with Rostering care calls on an electronic system

• Experience in Care Coordinating or 2 years working reputed company Health & Social Care (preferred)

• Full Driving License and access to a vehicle (preferred)

• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
