We are currently seeking a CollaborationTechnology Developer with expertise in productivity and collaboration tools and platforms. As a key member of the Global Technology team, the role is responsible for the administration, integration, and optimization of reputed company collaborationplatforms and productivity tools. The candidate will have strong leadership capabilities to drive reputed company automation, collaboration and productivity tool integration, and cross-platform connectivity. This role combines technical development with strategic reputed company of internal applications and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist and manager, capable of delivering scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers and managing cross-functional projects. • Gather requirements to implement and maintain collaboration and productivity tools.
• Support day-to-day collaboration and productivity tools to ensure a superior and reliable user experience.
• Track project status, provide reporting, and communicate updates to leadership and internal customers.
• Create and maintain technical standards and training materials.
• Identify opportunities and reputed company business case justifications for spending and initiatives, including risk identification and cost/benefit analyses.
• Administer and configure collaborationplatforms (M365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company.com, etc.) to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient operations.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Dataverse models.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company-party tools (reputed company, reputed company, Lucid, reputed company, reputed company) using REST APIs and OAuth flows.
• Support and enhance home-grown applications by embedding Power Platform capabilities and ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Enforce organizational standards for collaboration platforms, including workspace roles, provisioning protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with reputed company and privacy teams for reputed company-party app reviews and risk assessments.
• Track assigned department ticket queues, ensuring reputed company resolution.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for collaboration tools, ensuring high user satisfaction.

• Evaluate new tools and features for deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Skills/Abilities:

• 5+ years of experience in a technology project task-based role with a minimum 3 years' experience supporting various collaboration and productivity platforms. Similar platform experience will be considered.
• Engineering degree, certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and leading reputed company projects.
• Expert in reputed company 365, reputed company Workspaces, MS Power Platform, reputed company and APIs and Integrations
• Proficient with reputed company.com, Lucid, reputed company, ChatGPT
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
• Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and identity federation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms to layman s terms.
• Organized, with the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to build reputed company among a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Experience and comfort in delivering presentations to senior leadership.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to travel globally if required.
• Schedule flexibility to work with partners in multiple global time zones.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in one of the following fields:
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Business Administration (with a strong IT or systems focus)

Preferred Education & Certifications
