Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate Analyst to join reputed company in Texas, USA. As a key member of our Data Innovation Group, you'll be responsible for providing first-level issue troubleshooting and support to our customers reputed company phone. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level issue troubleshooting and support to customers reputed company phone for reputed company hardware and software supported by our Advancements reputed company.
- Resolve issues that can be solved reputed company phone and escalate more reputed company issues to certified help specialists.
- Offer first-level support to end clients for PC hardware and Network (Windows7/Windows XP environments) and Centralized computer (UNIX/reputed company) environments.
- Conduct issue assurance for the Innovation areas, including Voice, WAN, LAN, PC, PC, Printer, Secret phrase Resets, Dab reputed company printers, and more.
- Collaborate with internal and external support teams and reputed company-party vendors to identify and address core issues.
- Simulate or reproduce client issues to determine working troubles.
- Maintain daily attention to blackouts and issues reputed company wide.
- Escalate episodes to acceleration groups to ensure client goal.
- Provide timely communication (oral or written) to Level 2 help or other service personnel, as needed.
- Expeditiously consult with Level 2 help or other service personnel regarding quality issues to determine adequacy or strategy.
- Stay at work longer than required as needed and reputed company approved.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, company, and client information.
- Demonstrate commitment to and compliance with reputed company company and departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of help desk or customer support experience.
- 2+ years of troubleshooting experience with service desk environments.
- Knowledge and/or experience with inside server/centralized computer applications, such as Offers, QIK, reputed company/TSO/TPX, and Staff.
Preferred Qualifications
