Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you will work in a remote setting, utilizing reputed company' proprietary systems to enroll patients, process data entry tasks, and resolve reputed company-party exceptions. You will be responsible for:

• Performing patient enrollment and data entry tasks in accordance with state and government guidelines
• Resolving reputed company-party exceptions by gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting claims for processing
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company reputed company inbound calls, visits, and messages
• Utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information
• Collaborating with pharmacists and senior-level staff to address issues and concerns

Key Responsibilities

Patient Enrollment and Data Entry

• Enter patient information into designated systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
