Incident and Problem Management Analyst - AGUH INC
We are looking for an reputed company Incident and Problem Management Analyst to join a high-impact reputed company IT operations team. This role requires strong technical understanding and experience driving resolution and improvement across infrastructure services.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and resolution
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies: servers, databases, networks, storage
Experience using ITSM platforms, especially reputed company
Strong experience in workflow automation, ticket triage, and SLA management
2+ years of experience in reputed company management and compliance
ITIL certification (reputed company v2 or v3) preferred
Proven skills in process improvement, KPI tracking, and business impact analysis
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
