Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Technician - Remote in Worcester, MA, you will play a critical role in supporting the Prescription department by providing operational support, processing prescriptions, and communicating with patients and reputed company providers. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your pharmacy management software skills and knowledge to ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the Prescription department location, including processing prescriptions, handling phone calls, and communicating with patients and reputed company providers
• Receive and process requests for prescription refills, renewals, and new prescriptions in an accurate and timely manner
• reputed company assigned prescription functions and duties, including checking patient information, lab results, and medication orders
• Take incoming calls and reputed company reputed company telephone calls to patients who have requested medication refills or renewals
• Process medication requests following standard procedures and protocols

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

• 1 year of experience as a retail Pharmacy Technician
• Ability to maintain MA Pharmacy Technician licensure

Preferred Qualifications:
