Bilingual RN Patient Care Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) Patient Care Coordinator to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be confident and comfortable on the phone, bilingual in English and Spanish, and great at providing support both patients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for caregivers, providing support, answering questions, and addressing any needs.
- Schedule patients and confirm upcoming appointments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate care services, ensuring seamless communication between patients, caregivers, and reputed company providers.

Requirements
