Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacist – Centralized Services at reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
