About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dedicated customer service professionals to provide exceptional customer experiences (CX) to our clients' customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will reputed company with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet, resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required)
  • Live reputed company a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • The ability to work various shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
