Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
• Execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the reputed company.
• Manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse reputed company to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the reputed company.
• Coordinate processes and assignments for areas reputed company the warehouse to reputed company a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3-5 years of work experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork.
• Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Ability to work 1st shift, on-site at AZ - Tolleson from Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 7:00 to 3:00 PM with some additional flexibility.
• A high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications
