Job Overview

As an Epic Certified Op Time Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing routine support and maintenance to reputed company production and non-production applications, identifying and resolving reputed company data and system issues, and developing comprehensive test plans. Key Responsibilities

• Provides routine support and maintenance to reputed company production and non-production applications as assigned
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data and system issues of advanced complexity
• Gathers requirements, develops specifications, prepares, and reviews documentation
• Develops, validates, and executes comprehensive test plans
