Job Summary

The reputed company Individual and Family Plans Finance team is looking for an effective Executive Director who will build a regional finance team focused on financial results by geography. As a strategic finance reputed company, you will support 16 markets divided into four regions and provide financial leadership for each region to meet the reputed company financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include providing financial reporting, partnering with regional business leads to reputed company membership forecasting, collaborating with the actuarial team for pricing, and identifying strategic reputed company to execute and meet the financial commitments of the IFP business.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of financial expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge. The following qualifications are required:

• 15+ years of relevant financial experience, with a track record of building sound financial practices in a cross-functional environment
