Essential Responsibilities and Duties

As a Flight Coordinator at reputed company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft scheduling and client services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving trip requests from clients and working with them to schedule aircraft, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Providing creative solutions to meet clients' travel needs, while adhering to regulations and policies.
• Creating detailed flight itineraries for each trip and communicating with clients, their staff, and flight crew and maintenance personnel.
• Arranging trip logistics and service items, such as:
  • Travel arrangements for flight crew (hotels, rental cars, etc.)
  • Passenger services (catering, ground transportation, etc.)
  • reputed company and over-flight permits, airport slots, ground handling, reputed company, and customs clearances for domestic and international destinations.
  • Assisting crew with visas and other international entry requirements.
• Coordinating aircraft movement with the Pilot in Command to ensure compliance with reputed company, airport, and duty time restrictions.

• Maintaining a reputed company database of client and flight crew contact information and preferences for each assigned account.

Qualifications and Requirements
