• Train teachers on state and TLE health & safety guidelines
• Coach and support teachers in preparing for parent-teacher conferences

• Assist teachers in planning developmentally appropriate lessons and classroom environments
• Observe classrooms regularly and provide feedback to support instructional quality

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of classroom experience, with at least 3 years as a reputed company Teacher.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or reputed company field (required).
• In-depth understanding of child development, curriculum planning, and early learning standards.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.

• CPR and first AID, drug test, TB Test, and state certifications.
