Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize computer applications to access customer information, process transactions, and document customer interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficient in basic computer applications, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
