A Day in the Life of a Business Affairs Intern Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting deal memos and short-form agreements for above-the-line talent, underlying rights, and marketing
• Distributing negotiation updates, closed deals, and signed agreements between different departments
• Providing support for other departments reputed company the company, including development, production, finance, legal, and marketing
• Engaging in ancillary activities, such as researching and analyzing industry trends and best practices

• Previous work experience in the entertainment industry
• Basic knowledge of copyright law
• Completion of one or more years of law school in a reputed company JD program at the start of the internship
