  • Job Overview: As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and effective learning materials to support the education of our internal sales teams and channel partners. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), product marketing managers, and other stakeholders to design, reputed company, and deliver high-quality training content for a wide reputed company of products and software applications. Your work will contribute to the development of both live classroom training and on-demand learning modules, ensuring our teams have the tools they need to succeed.

Collaborate with SMEs and product marketing managers to gather insights on products, software applications, and industry trends to inform content development. Stay up-to-date with instructional design trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of training materials. Measure the effectiveness of training content and materials through assessments, feedback, and analytics, and refine them for ongoing improvement. Participate in project planning, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of content.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or reputed company Enablement, with a focus on instructional design and content creation in a technical or IT-reputed company environment. Proficiency in multimedia and e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company Storyline, Camtasia, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down reputed company technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content. Creative reputed company with a strong ability to visualize and communicate concepts through multimedia. Experience building courses reputed company Learning Management Systems (LMS), including gamification and branching scenarios. Sales Enablement or reputed company Enablement certifications are a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a reputed company field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or reputed company Enablement, with a focus on instructional design and content creation in a technical or IT-reputed company environment.
  • Proficiency in multimedia and e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company Storyline, Camtasia, etc.
