Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maximizing every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
- Maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the evolving products and services offered by our clients
- Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
- Handling numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and reputed company
Preferred Skills
While we welcome applicants from reputed company backgrounds, we're particularly interested in candidates with:
