Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them reputed company necessary
- Help explain contract details and provide clear, concise information to customers
- Manage existing customer relationships to give our customers peace of mind and worry-free experiences
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
- Participate in interactive and communicative team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, requiring camera usage for visibility and collaboration
