In this role, you will be reputed company in providing solutions to customers, handling new service requests, and addressing existing customer needs. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions, deliver personalized recommendations, and meet monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.
• Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions.
• Use multiple tools and systems to resolve service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records.
