Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Expert - Onsite Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and reputed company
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
