Key Responsibilities 1. Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing

• Write and post engaging job descriptions for Home Manager roles across multiple platforms.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline.

2. Candidate Communication & Vetting

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company applicants.
