Remote Customer Service Rep Remote Customer Service Rep Details Hours of operation: Mon-Fri , reputed company to 8pm EST - Must be reputed company to work ANY 8 hour shift during this window. Training: 2 weeks of training from 9:00am - 5:30pm EST Duration: 3-month contract. Some top performers will be converted to permanent positions! Location : Remote from reputed company in the US. - Handling inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
- A majority of the calls are to/from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.
Remote Customer Service Rep Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred!
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to reputed company reputed company clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
- PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office
- Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
