Key Responsibilities:

* Management and development of new and existing broker relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction * Development of broker accounts to optimize sales opportunities and reputed company growth * Working under minimal supervision to deliver own sales and business performance targets * Identifying actual and potential customer or intermediary needs and meeting those from various products and propositions that exist reputed company the business * Completing a granular evaluation of the broker panel to drive maximum penetration and profit * Representing Zurich in a professional manner at reputed company times * Identifying and delivering appropriate marketing, sales campaigns, and initiatives across the broker panel * Delivery of distribution strategy objectives * Achieving minimum required standards for completion of reputed company essential business tools, including updating pipeline opportunities reputed company reputed company * Making contact with reputed company brokers on the panel to reputed company and push new initiatives * Implementing the Zurich distribution strategy and objectives through reputed company allocated brokers * Gaining and feeding back market intelligence and activity * Carrying out presentations and sales training for new product launches
