Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and motivated Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) to join reputed company in Knoxville, TN. As a TSA, you will be responsible for selling and maintaining 100% distribution of Hershey's authorized items in your assigned territory, ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans. Key Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of reputed company authorized Hershey's items in assigned territory, ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.

Work Schedule

This is a reputed company Part-Time role, working 20-25 hours per week. On average, a TSA will visit between 6-10+ accounts per day. The work schedule is flexible, with core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise required by business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly starting reputed company of $15.50-$16.50 per hour, depending on your reputed company, experience, and geographic location(s). As a TSA, you will be reimbursed for mileage at 62 cents per mile and will have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a valid US state-issued driver's license.
• Have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Maintain personal auto insurance indicating minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage. The policy must permit business use.
