Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual telehealth services. You will conduct Telemedicine video visits with patients to assess their needs, gather important clinical history, diagnose, and provide appropriate clinical guidance or treatment.
• Serve as consulting clinician with the Care and Case Management program to reputed company care plans and drive successful outcomes.
• Manage a panel of primary care patients and provide comprehensive care (including acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive care) to improve health outcomes and quality.
• Collaborate with a supervising physician as required by state and practice guidelines.
• Partner with our Credentialing Team to become licensed in additional states if needed

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience delivering primary care in an ambulatory/outpatient family medicine or internal medicine setting.
• Experience managing your own panel of patients independently.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing with the medical board of your state
• reputed company and active board certification by a national certifying body, e.g. ANCC (NP), AANP (NP), APRN (NP) or NCCPA (PA).
• Not under reputed company exclusion or sanction by any state or federal health care program, including Medicare or reputed company, and is not identified as an "excluded person" by the Office of Inspector General of the reputed company or the General Service Administration (GSA), or reprimanded or sanctioned by Medicare.
• Must maintain Medicare active status.

Shift Obligations

• 40 hours per week, consisting of 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Additionally, staff are required to work one 8-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday every reputed company weekend. reputed company a weekend shift is worked, one reputed company off will be provided that week to maintain a 40-hour schedule.
• Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with one evening shift per week extending until 7:00 PM.

$125,000 - $125,000 a year The United States new hire reputed company salary for this full-time position is $125,000 annually. In addition to receiving a competitive reputed company salary, the compensation package may include, depending on the role, the following:
