The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing outstanding support to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat. You'll be the main reputed company of contact for our clients, answering questions about course information, locations, availability, and how to register. This is a temporary, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while being supported by a strong remote work infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications.

• Build and reputed company valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with reputed company, tact, and patience.
• Communicate course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a variety of situations, including promotional offers and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with administrative tasks for clients and other departments as needed.

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required + 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience + Knowledgeable with MS Office and reputed company Apps (Gmail, reputed company Drive, etc.) + Experience with any (or reputed company) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, reputed company phone systems. + Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and access training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

* The pay range for this position is $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and geographical location.
