About the Role:
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You'll assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. Key Responsibilities:
