Job Summary
As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for external content creation teams, providing technical support, guidance, and training on our content tools and workflows. Your expertise will help reputed company the gap between these teams and our internal tools engineering team, ensuring that issues are resolved reputed company and effectively. Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Create reference materials and provide training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, escalating reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team as needed

Skills and Abilities

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The overall market range for roles in this area of blithequark is typically $150,000 - $325,000.
