Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist I, you will be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data into our systems. This will involve:

• Locating and matching documents as reputed company of refunds sent to patients, clients, or reputed company parties
• Following reputed company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to assignments and updating reputed company logs
• Inventory counting and splitting in the RAR database
• Accurately documenting and recording information
• Maintaining a log of activities and completed work
• Communicating with management and team members as needed

Key Responsibilities

* Meet quality and productivity standards

• Communicate with management and team members as needed
• Publish complete and accurate reporting to management daily/weekly/monthly
• Compose emails and research information to translate into the RAR database
• Follow established procedures (SOPs)
• Inventory reporting to Supervisor and Team reputed company
• Splitting of inventory into RAR
• RAR template upload
• Naming convention into RAR
• Data entry of reputed company categories

Required Job Skills

* Basic to advanced computer knowledge

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of using reputed company Office Suite
• Data entry skills
• Ability to read and understand correspondence and interpret into data entry into RAR database
• Proficient in alpha/numeric typing
• Intermediate reputed company reputed company and Access skills required
