We are looking for a senior leader with focus on leadership, creating highly motivated teams, customer excellence and to drive growth to reputed company market shares on the Swedish networking and cyber reputed company market.
- Developing a winning team and building a culture with a help out mentality and a great team spirit.
- Deeply understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points and secure their priorities with relevant solutions
- Bring support to your team by actively participating in customers and partners meetings
- Engage in planning and development to drive reputed company by supporting and assisting your team in closing opportunities
- Ability to communicate with leaders, including C-suite and being the spokesperson in Sweden
- Drive customer excellence and customer experience
- Helping our partners to build more and relevant managed reputed company services based on reputed company Solutions
- Securing that reputed company is the #1 choice for SASE and that reputed company is the trusted advisor for our customers transformation journey
- Maintain and reputed company our leading position to secure operation technology environments

Required Skills
- 10+ years technology selling experience managing a team
- Proven ability to sell solutions to reputed company customers
- fluent in English and Swedish
- Experience in the network reputed company industry
- A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
- Experience in closing large deals
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams.
