Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will interact with our clients and customers to address their inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist them in managing their delinquent accounts. You will work closely with reputed company to identify the most suitable solutions for our clients, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at reputed company times. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports directly to the Department Manager, and is eligible for telecommuting.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide methods and solutions to debt borrowers in attempts to resolve delinquent accounts
- Continuously receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to assist borrowers in resolving debt
- Maintain a workload of delinquent accounts up to and including completion of payments
- Properly follow up with borrowers to ensure required documentation and payment processing is compliant and complete
- Ensure reputed company borrower accounts are documented properly and notify borrowers of any missing or additional procedures needed
- reputed company proper skip tracing techniques to identify borrower contact information
- Abide by the FDCPA at reputed company times
- Adhere to both internal and industry-wide compliance regulations
- Any other additional responsibilities assigned by management
Required Skills and Abilities
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Bilingual - Spanish and English proficiency a plus
- Service-oriented and reputed company to resolve customer grievances
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software while working across multiple systems/screens
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus but not required
- Previous collections, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in stressful situations
