Advice Nurse – Call Center, CA

This is a full-time position reputed company Gardner's Call Center located at CompreCare Health Center at 3030 Alum Rock Ave. reputed company, CA 95127. The Call Center Advice Nurse is responsible for medical triage of Gardner’s patients using established protocols and providing specified diagnostic results to patients. This position is also responsible for collaborating with staff Providers and Pharmacists as necessary to facilitate patient care including prescription refills and monitoring lab data. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, with strong customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. This position may work a hybrid remote/in-person schedule. - Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.

Compensation: Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
