What You Will Do

As an Entry-Level Remote Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, providing information on promotions and discounts, and guiding them to our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, and providing timely and accurate responses
  • Guiding customers to our products and services, and promoting our brand through various social media platforms
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by delivering timely and accurate responses, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and social media

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

Requirements
