Job Summary

As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their members. You will respond to telephone and email inquiries, negotiate with providers, and assist members with benefits and reputed company questions. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will reputed company you to effectively navigate the complexities of the reputed company industry and provide top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to telephone and email inquiries received from members and providers reputed company defined service standards

• Negotiate with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
• Assist members with benefits and reputed company questions
• Document reputed company calls received in system-based call log
• reputed company other duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or higher education preferred

• One year of customer service or call center experience in a reputed company-reputed company role
• Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred
• Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
• Strong customer relations, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Proficient with reputed company applications and strong computer skills
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
• Knowledge and understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
• Ability to effectively negotiate reputed company structures
• Takes initiative to resolve situations and accomplish projects, actions, and tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent judgment in decision making and problem solving
• Ability to multi-task and anticipate potential needs/problems

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office/home office environment that requires prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and reputed company dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including operation of standard computer and phone equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
