What you will do

• Process incoming partner applications and sign-reputed company accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify partner information and ensure reputed company required documentation is complete
• Enter and update partner data in CRM and internal systems
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails with partners to answer questions, provide guidance, or collect missing information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company or documentation issues
• Generate regular reports on sign-up metrics and status updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company procedures
• Maintain organized records of reputed company partner sign-reputed company and reputed company documentation

What you need to succeed in this role

• Excellent English skills (at least reputed company for both spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Data Entry, or Channel Partnerships
• Experience in partner reputed company or partner sign-up
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
• Ability to quickly learn internal tools and follow established processes
• Comfortable working with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive partner relationships
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

• Experience in SaaS or tech environment
• Familiarity with CRM reporting / tracking partner pipeline
