About This Job
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Remote Impact Client Support Delegate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with the Inward Body Shop to ensure seamless vehicle repair and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
Work planning support:
Collaborate with the Body Shop to plan and coordinate work activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Client communication and coordination:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Vehicle appearance arrangement:
Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle appearance, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
Rental coordination and hand off:
Coordinate with clients to arrange for vehicle rentals and ensure smooth hand-offs.
Material and supplies reordering:
Reorder materials and supplies as needed to support vehicle repair and maintenance.
Fix survey and conveyance:
Conduct surveys to ensure vehicle repairs meet quality standards and arrange for conveyance to clients.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Crash Fix or reputed company field:
A degree in Crash Fix or a reputed company field is preferred, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
You must be reputed company to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment:
You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and must be reputed company to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
