Key Responsibilities

As a Tax Technician I, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and screening digital documents from blithequark divisions and external partners.
• Scanning/uploading files, manually entering data, and performing accuracy checks.
• Creating and updating taxpayer accounts reputed company registration and maintenance systems.
• Reviewing documentation for use tax liability, tax exemptions, or missing information.
• Generating and sending system-produced correspondence (emails or letters).
• Communicating with taxpayers reputed company phone or email to resolve billing or compliance issues.
