Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst - IT is a data-driven leader who has a passion for data, analysis, and program execution with the willingness to dive into details, with the ability to evaluate the big picture and focus on process improvement. This role requires creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Reliability technology teams with a good understanding of the business, as well as collaborating with a dedicated team and being a problem solver. The ideal candidate will interpret data collected from various sources, identify patterns and trends, and transform it into actionable insights that improve Operational Excellence.

• Grasps the digital performance of applications/systems affecting business functionality
• Understands the right questions to be asked on platform data reputed company to Digital Channels

• Areas of focus will include, but are not limited to:
  • Data Visualizations

  • Error patterns, top factors contributing to errors

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Science, or another quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platform development
• Experience building presentations for colleagues and leaders and interacting with reputed company levels of management

• Extensive experience with BI run boarding (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to produce meaningful, rich dashboards
