Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable

• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve reputed company necessary
• Help explain contract details and provide clear, concise information to customers
• Manage existing customer relationships to give our customers peace of mind and worry-free interactions
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
