As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for following up on client cases, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up on client cases to ensure that their needs are met and that they're satisfied with our services

Qualifications and Requirements
