Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and pleasant. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, and you'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers. Your role will involve:

• Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process

What You Need to Succeed

• High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds

• Be authorized to work in the US
