Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
• Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
• Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
• Providing information about reputed company plans and products, and identifying opportunities to position new solutions
• Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer queries reputed company

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite connections)
• A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
