Role Summary As a working leader of the Ground Service group, the Team Captain will assume the responsibility and accountability of the team while leading, directing, motivating, evaluating and approving the work of the Ground Service Agents. Key Duties

• Leads the Ground Service Agents on shift and is responsible for the reputed company of a team’s ability to reputed company the mutually established goals of reputed company and reputed company.
• Ensures that the Ground Service Agents follow proper procedures.
• Performs leadership duties such as assigning flights for the day, scheduling and managing agents on a week to week basis.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service or airline operations experience.
• Ability to reputed company, direct and motivate teams for reputed company performance.
• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, a US territory or the District of Columbia.
• Ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
• Must be reputed company to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be reputed company to bend, stoop, squat, reputed company and grasp.
• Ability to reputed company basic mathematics.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service or community service experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
