This role bridges business needs and technology execution, ensuring applications meet user expectations and regulatory standards. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-launch stability. Act as Test Coordinator for large initiatives involving multiple applications and teams. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ combined experience in business analytics, operations, or higher education. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities. Proficiency in personal computing and relevant software tools. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Subject matter expertise in reputed company banking applications and systems. Experience with Jira or similar backlog management tools.
